What Our Users Say

Don't just take our word for it. Here's what our users have to say about our Android app.

"Please add a dark mode."

Chris

"inconsistent, cannot restore from my LastPass account."

Vish Balantrapu

"This app is great. I love how the accounts sync to the cloud so you don't have to redo anything when you get a new phone. The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is because there isn't a watch app. I would love to be able to approve logins from my Galaxy watch 4."

Cody Mudrack

"Worked great for a few months then just died, would get hung on "Loading" and never finish loading for me to accept. Uninstaller and reinstalled, worked for a couple of weeks and started doing the same thing. Giving up and just having SMS code sent to my phone each time and not bothering with this app."

J Smith

"Does not support manual input if QR is not possible."

Ralf Stephan

"Used an old android for 2fa. Stopped giving valid codes even connected to internet. I backed it up and tried to add those 2fa accounts to a newer phone, but because I had accounts on newer phone it wouldn't allow me to import a backup. Changed all of those accounts to Google auth, imported backup which took 5 attempts of "nothing to recover" and now I'm moving them to Google auth. Most security features like having the old auth to deactivate it, that's why I was trying so hard to import"

Bryan Snow

"Obnoxious browser in app that pops up when I search things, cannot be disabled and sends me to godaddy. Just one many flaws with this terrible app."

Jarrod Woodard

"Worst authentication app ever!"

Lynn Larry Fast Jr

"Better open source alternatives."

Dr Nick

"I want to be able to use this app but I can't as the camera used to scan QR codes is far too blurry to detect the code. I can use other qr code readers to get the URL containing the secret key and enter it in manually, but it's a pain. On no other app is the camera that blurry"
